Can't purshase Cubase 14

Hello! I’m sorry if this is not the right place for this, but I don’t know where to let Steinberg’s team know about this:

Possessing Cubase Pro 11, I wanted to enjoy the april promotion to buy the 14 pro version with all the plug ins but the payment service is down (at least in France)

Could I have some help please? It would be a real bummer to miss them because of a technical issue :frowning:

Edit: I have noticed fastsping of this problem, I’m asking here to know if I still can enjoy the april offer when fastspring will find a solution!

Hi and welcome to the forum!

Try another email adress at FastSpring. That was the solution more than once. The email at FastSpring is not associated with your Steinberg account so it doesn’t matter. It’s just the purchase of a Download Access Code.
The free extra stuff from the promo sale must be redeemed until the 28th of April according to the vouchers… that’ll be today…

Good luck, hopefully logging in with a different email adress will do the trick at FastSpring!

you could try to buy it from Sweetwater or pluginboutique .. also on sale there

It is still not working… I had lot of technical issues with steinberg’s software and partners but this is the apex… someone from steinberg’s team here?

do you have paypal? this is the update to buy if you own Cubase 11 pro and whatever issue there is with your card on Fastspring is irrelevant.
