Can't Reactivate User Lisence

I bought a new computer and installed Cubase AI5.

Downloaded the elisencer program and installed it.

Went onto Steinberg account and tried to reactivate my license, I entered my old activation code but then get an error message " The Old e-License number you have entered is either incomplete or not correct"

Tried several times but no success.

Can anyone help?

Further information :

I registered Cubase one month ago when I bought a new Yamaha s90XS.

The old activation code that I entered is the code displayed in : Show Registered Products - Your activation codes received by MySteinberg - Activation code Cubase AI5.

Actually got this resolved by just activating a new license iso reactivate

Worked for me
