My mac recently died and I needed to reinstall cubase. I have been unable to find my activation email so I don’t have the activation code. I put in a ticket, its has been 15 days with no reply. I have tried to call UK support, a number in Germany and the number listed is not in use. I even got my cell company to check, and yep, it’s not a valid number. What the hell, you pay all this money and the level of support is this bad… Damn, I should have stuck with logic!! SHOCKING.
What can I do, any ideas?
