Can't register my license

Here are a couple of screen shots, showing as “valid license” my purchase to upgrade my Wavelab app, and the second one show that there is not any license to “improve”. Quite weird behavior. I tried several tricks but I can’t get it working.
Any idea?

That’s what I’ve doing since yesterday. Lots of calls but no answer, so I think someone here could help.
