Can't remove second "title" from parts without individually deleting

The title kind of says it all - I’ve seen the little red “override” triangles on occasion, but this piece does not have them. How do I remove the numbered title without doing it manually on each part?

You can disable the flow headings in the Layout options:

[Janus]

This (probably) just means that the title of your first flow is the same as the title of your project.

Have a look in Project Information (ctrl-I)
