Can't rename folder during create new project

When I try to rename a Windows 7 folder in Cubase Pro 9.0.30 during Create New Project I get the message that “Cubase 9 has stopped working… A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available”. No solution appears.

It occurs at the point I right-click in order to rename a folder.

I have Cubase LE 9 on another PC and the problem does not occur.

I can see how to work round this issue with Cubase Pro - creating/ re-naming folders outside of Cubase - but is there a way of overcoming the issue within Cubase itself?

Everything else is working great.

Hi,

Could you share (via Dropbox or similar) the crash dump file, please? It’s located in Documents/Steinberg/crashdumps.

Thanks for your help - here is one of the crash files. Let me know if I’ve not sent this correctly as I’m not used to Dropbox.
