Can't replace samples in pads

Hello,

in Groove Agent 4 I can drag in samples as shown in the videos to pads, but only in blank kits. If I drag samples into existing kits, even ones I have saved as renamed copies, nothing happens - the original sample remains. Changing samples in this way is plugged in the videos, so it must be possible.

What step have I missed - are the kits read only and I need to unlock them - if so how?

Some kits are locked others aren’t. Can’t remember how to tell.

Thanks, but how can they be unlocked?
