Can't resize certain folders

Hi all,

Have the latest C6.01. Can’t seem to resize vertically the Group Tracks and VST Instruments folders. Am I missing something? Everything else, folders or otherwise is fine, just those two…

No that’s how they are…they are pre-programmed folders & they won’t resize.
Been like this since at least SX.
