Can't run my Cubase AI

Hello,
Yesterday I installed my Cubase AI version included with the purchase of my UR22C.
The product has been registered with you since yesterday. I proceeded displays in stages to all installations.
However, I can’t get the Cubase to work properly.
The disc rolls all the time. I tried to find the solution by myself by going to the font book but without success.

FYI, I’m using the brand new Mac mini M2 Pro.

I need your help to be able to use my Cubase.

Did you launch the Steinberg Activation Manager on your machine?

Yes, I did it yesterday.

And after rebooting your machine, does it all work?
