Can't Save Presets Help

Hey All i recently installed cubase 10 on a new computer…i’m on a mac . OS 10.15.6 (catalina)
I cant save any presets …I get a ‘cannot create’ file’ error message. I’m sure it has to do with a file directory of sorts but i don’t know how to sort this one out ?
Any help be GREATLY appreciated!

is it maybe a folder permissions problem?

nah permission’s are fine.
Never had this problem with cubase .
