Can't “see” my UR22mkII on Monterey 12.3.1 - any idea why?

CUBASE PRO 12 doesn’t “see” my UR22mkII - any idea why?
I work with Mac Pro (Late’13) with Monterey 12.3.1
CUBASE peaple please do something about it - inform me what can I do.
