Can't see Padshop and Backbone instrument

Hi: I can’t see padshop and Backbone instrument screen…only appears a generic editor and in the menu there insn’t the option to shift to the inst editor.

Using plugins I can shift between plugin screen editor and generic editor. What I have lost?

I am using Cubase 15 PRo - It happens too on Cubase 14 PRO

Some people have reported this in the past. Could be:

the file AudioPlugs.srf inside the C:\Program Files\Steinberg\Cubase 15\VST3\Cubase Plug-in Set.vst3\Contents\Resources folder is damaged or deleted.

Delete the audioplugs.srf file and reinstall Cubase have done the trick for others

Hi Glenn , thanks for the answer. Deleting my profile, uninstalling from win instller and reinstalling was the trick as you said. Thanks again.
