can't see some things in the edit menu

i can’t see the “preferences” and the “key command” in the end of the edit menu.

i have cubase 10

Are you on Windows or Mac? On Mac the Preferences is under the Cubase menu.

Does your screen meet the system requirements?

Could you try in Cubase Safe Start Mode?
