In the picture below, I can’t select any of the staves by clicking near the end of the bar, presumably because of the grace note figure?
The project is here (bar 74, though I don’t think it’s project-specific).
Your grid’s set to eighths. It’s generally impossible to double-click blank space anywhere between whatever the grid value is, and I don’t think it’s got anything to do with the grace note figure. Set the grid value to something smaller than eighths and select away.
I understand, but I think one should be able to select anywhere within a staff to select that measure. After all, there are no “blank” spots. The last eighth note extends to the next downbeat.
