Can't send midi clock through UR22C

I’m running an iPad Pro with my UR22C, and I cannot send my midi clock. I have tried in Cubasis 3 and GarageBand to no avail. The problem is definitely the interface, because I can send the midi clock from both DAWs through bluetooth midi.

Is there a fix for this? I use my UR22C for live shows with my iPad Pro, and I need this functionality is crucial to implementing my new setup. I love Steinberg, and I love Yamaha even more. I want to make this work.

Have you received any help with this? I am running into the same issue with the UR24C. Both from my computer with Logic and when I try to use it with my iOS device. I believe it too be an issue with the interface not sending midi clock.
