Hi, I’ve been using Dorico 5 SE. Now I’ve purchased “Dorico Elements 5 Upgrade from Dorico SE”. When I enter my Download Access Code to Download Assistant, I have message: “You entered upgrade code, but you don’t have a license for the initial product” or something like this. In my Activation Manager I have my Dorico SE activated. Could you help?
It looks to me like you got this sorted out: your account is showing that you have managed to activate Dorico Elements on one computer. If you’re still having problems, let us know.
Yes, I solved it, flaged it to admins to delete the request.
But honestly I don’t know how I managed. Deactivated my Dorico SE, deleted Dorico SE, and reinstalled Dorico.
