cant turn record off!

I keep triggering the record function and i don’t know how or why.

When i click space bar the selected channel goes into record. the red record button turns on at the bottom nav bar… i click it off… stop the music and start it again and back to recording? It generally happens when i try to load a vst and start typing when the vst search box isnt selected…

Always happens when searching for fab filter plugin?

Any ideas what key im pressing that triggers the record and how i can turn it off or stop it?

Hi, make sure that the punch in button(it’s the downward triangle with a dot beneath it on the transport bar to the left of the main transport controls) isn’t activated. I hope this helps as I was having the same problem initially.

Check you haven’t accidentally assigned the space bar to “Record” in the Key Commands?
