So I have installed Cubase 11 Pro on my drive H:. Unfortunately I can not seem to update to a newer build. In the Steinberg Download Assistant, it shows Cubase Pro 11.0.41 as installed at the right path in my drive H:. However, when I start the program, it starts as version 11.0.0. Selecting ‘install again’ in the Download Assistant, it installs a second copy of Cubase 11 on my C: drive. Duh. And when starting that copy, it is version 11.0.0 too!
I’ve also tried installing the update manually. Downloading the installer for 11.0.41, execute it, and it is the same problem. It installs a second copy of Cubase 11 on my C-drive, which then starts as version 11.0.0.
I’ve also tried installing the first update, version 11.0.1, and it has the same issue as well.
Any help on this greatly appreciated.
