Can't update E-Licencer

Just upgraded to Cubase 11 but now can’t perform maintenance on my e-Licencer
“The ‘Online Synchronization & Maintenance’ procedure finished. Some problems occurred. Details are listed below.
Step 1: FAILED (Updating eLicenser License Database)
Step 2: OK (Repairing Soft-eLicenser)
Step 3: OK (Validating License Usage Periods)
Step 4: OK (Cleaning up eLicenser Memory)
Step 5: FAILED (Recovering License Transactions)
Step 6: FAILED (Sending eLicenser Information)”

Tried about 30 times now!

An no, my network settings haven’t changed. Is the server down??

Why not simply read two or four threads before starting your own… :unamused:

Servers have been overloaded for at least 6 hours now. Keep retrying every few hours, it should work eventually.

I could have done, just didn’t. My bad.

Same, for hours. Getting pretty pissed off with it now, especially as 10.5 is blocked.

My 10.5 is still working

My 10.5 is greyed out, on the licenser, saying Transfer pending.

Not good. Maybe we all need a coordinated approach so we not all trying at the same time! :smiley:
