As a stopgap measure, in case I can’t find a solution for you without the assistance of my colleagues in our support team, I’ve assigned a 60-day trial Dorico Pro 6 license to your Steinberg ID, so if all else fails, you can run Dorico Pro 6 using that trial license until we get the update issue sorted out.
Can you please go to Sign in and click the red Redeem Code button, then enter the Download Access Code you’ve been given there?
The way it’s supposed to work now is that our backend systems can look up information about your old eLicenser licenses even without the eLicenser server itself being available. I can see your Dorico Pro 3.5 license, so hopefully the backend will be able to do so too.
