Cant upgrade from Artist 10.5 to 11 Pro

Hi, I logged in to ‘My Steinberg’ on the website. Made my way to the upgrade page. Tried to give log in details again to go to ‘checkout’ and it said my log in details were not correct! I had just used the same details to log in to my account! What’s going on?

Your MySteinberg account and your ‘shop’ account are different.
