Can't upgrade to Cubase 12 Pro from 11

Hello,

OK, so I paid for the upgrade from 11 to 12 but can’t upgrade. It’s really frustrating.

When I try to activate my license it opens the eLicenser but I get this error:

No license to upgrade found. Please connect a USB-eLicenser which contains an appropriate license to upgrade to your computer.

Online synchronisations has all 6. Steps OK
Grace Period Check: No License Found
Activation Manager: Verification Pending

PS: I got an email the other day saying that my Cubase trial will expire in 7 days so it seems I am on trial even if I paid.

EDIT: It seems that I have no other way to contact support about this. If I try to contact them via website it takes me to the distributors.

Please give me a working activation code or whatever is needed to upgrade.

Thanks!

Please take a screenshot of your eLicenser Control Center, with the eLicenser serial numbers to the left blurred out.

It looks like you didn’t need to buy the Cubase Pro 12 upgrade. Your Cubase Pro 11 license is grace period eligible.

Click the Steinberg Licensing button and follow the instructions.

Please check the Order Confirmation email to request a refund.

OK, now the Grace Period check said that I am eligible and I got a download access code in my email.

NOTE: I checked this several times before and the Grace Period Check said No License Found.

Anyway, I also did the maintenance, all OK. Now I’m facing this: (check photos).

Should I reinstall the Activation Manager?

Please follow these instructions:

Activated! Thank you ser!
