Title pretty much sums it up.
In arrangement view you can hover over a channel color (http://puu.sh/dreIg/f46832f27d.png), hold the Ctrl button and use the mouse scroll wheel to effortlesly change the color of the track. The same cannot be done in the mixer (http://puu.sh/dreMS/3e43d94352.png).
