I’m looking at this passage in my score and my initial thought is to add a cautionary natural to the E in the fourth bar:
Is this a good convention to follow and if it is, could something like this be added to Notation Options?

In this case, I think it makes sense to add the cautionary natural in the fourth bar, because the third bar corresponds approximately to the first. But a notation option would make this the rule, even where it is not necessary.

Activate the property (hide/show accidentals). You can assign a shortcut to it, which is useful!)
