Cautionary Accidentals Scope

Hi,
I’m trying to get Cautionary accidentals to show after a key change - but for more than 1 bar - For example, if a certain instrument has a 4 bar rest after the key change, I will still want a cautionary accidental when it next comes in. Is there a way to do this without changing each note individually?

I don’t think so: Cautionaries can only be automatically set on the next bar.
