How can cautionary accidentals be set to appear automatically at system breaks rather than at bar?
Which option should I set to make accidentals repeat at system breaks where I previously showed them in the bar?

You can add the accidentals in Engrave with the properties, but this may produce not optimal ties. It’s a very old issue, quite better now!
I’m looking for a feature that appears automatically.
There is a setting for this, k.k. to show them automatically. It is probably under Notation Options.
Have a look at the online manual:
Also it might be a good idea for you, to bookmark the online manual, as you can find answers to almost everything related to your Dorico application:
I want the feature where an accidental is restated when a note is tied across a system break, not parentheses.
Is this a feature in Dorico?
I don’t think so, but I would be very happy to know it’s now present!
I couldn’t find it in notation option…
There isn’t an option for this yet, as far as I know. But it’s been requested several times here, and the team is aware of it. Strangely, the option does appear in the jump bar — it just doesn’t do anything (and refers to an unexisting option…) It could mean that it will exist one day!
I saw that window too.
It would be really nice if there were some.
But there is a minimum length for a tie at the start of a system that should be applied here.
Oh dear! Thanks @BassoContinuo! That’s an option I missed for so long!
New from Dorico 6 I think.
I had encountered this type of problem before, and I posted a solution in September 2025. I am not sure if it will be useful here.
