Cautionary key signature at beginning of system

A player of my band asked for a cautionary key signature in bar 53. Is that possible? I don’t see how to do that. And more in general is that good notation?

What do you want – a natural at the start of the 2nd line? I don’t think that’s possible, nor good notation.

Huh … Special Surprise notation.

(Of course in Dorico no-final-barline is easy, but I don’t know how to do that key sig.)

Simply edit the 12-EDO tonality system (or a copy of it) and add a new custom key signature:

Very nice @johnkprice. Much easier in Dorico than Finale, as with so many things.
