[CB-1884] Syncing ReBirth with Cubasis?

Does this work for anyone else?

I have Cubasis working with Audiobus. I can select Cubasis as a MIDI sync option in ReBirth. But when I start Cubasis, ReBirth fails to start. I have gone through all the available MIDI out ports on a dedicated MIDI track in a Cubasis and nothing. The options I have are; All, virtual and network session 1. I’ve also tried all the available MIDI sync options in ReBirth.

Are they compatible? Or am I missing something?
