[CB-2213] Bug in cc editor

A Little bug: it is impossible to set value 1,2 and 3 in CC, Velocity, program change…editor. :astonished:

CB-2213 it’s in our Bugbase.

in the tools bar set the Snap button to “Off” and you can set all CC correctly
