CB6 not saving Templates!!

Hey guys i cant undersrand why Cubase 6 is not saving any templates? Has anyone seen this yet or am i the only one?? Any help please i need this

Remove this file “inserts folder presets.pxml” from User/App Data/Roaming/Steinberg/Cubase 6/Presets.
