  1. Summary/Title
    VU Meter Bug in imported .cbp from Cubasis 2

  2. Description
    When opening up a project in Cubasis 3 imported from Cubasis 2 the VU meters in the tracks that are audio files move when the song is not playing.

  3. Expected Results
    I was expecting the VU meters not to move until hitting play.
