[CBT-1966] Pitch Band does not reset when all events are deleted

Hi, I encountered this when trying to get rid of an incorrectly edited pitch band curves:

Version: 3.1
Platform: iPad OS 13.5.1
Device: iPad Pro 11 (2018)
Replicable: Yes

Steps to replicate:

  1. Create a MIDI note with a pitch band
  2. Move the last event off the base
  3. Remove all points in the Pitch Band curve editor

On playback, the track remembers the last triggered pitch band event, switching a project or restarting the program will fix this back.
