CC 121 remote in Cubase 11

A couple of comments/questions regarding CC 121 and Cubase.

1. Changing commands of the FUNCTIONS buttons require a Cubase 11 restart, but not in Cubase 10. Anyone else found this behaviour under C11?

2. I would like to use the CC 121 with the Frequency 2 plugin.

Same as it was always, you can control the Channel Strip EQ only by using the CC121’s encoders.
