I don’t recall having this issue in the past but recently I’ve been running into a lot of issues with CC data not being correctly chased when “Chase not limited to part boundaries” is enabled (i.e. when chasing CC between MIDI parts).
For example, if I set CC11 = 100 at the start of a MIDI part and start playback in the middle of that part, Cubase never sends CC11=100. It sends the CC values from the previous MIDI part even though the ones from the current part are more recent.
If I start playback ahead of the start of the MIDI part, it initially sends CC from the previous part then sends CC11=100 at the correct time.
In summary: the chase data is always off by one part when “Chase not limited to part boundaries” is enabled.
How do I fix this problem?
