This might be known about already, but the CC lane data is very difficult to see in C15 compared to past versions, where it was much darker. You can see what I mean in the bottom lane of the pic. Unless there’a way to adjust it that I don’t know of?
Hi,
Could you please share your ZIPped Preferences folder via Private Message, so I can test it with your settings?
Cubase Preferences folders are:
Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/Cubase X
Win: %appData% \Steinberg\Cubase X_64
Where the X is the Cubase version (for example, 14).
I have the same issue - we’ve discussed it on another thread:
Hi Martin, just sent.
Hi,
I see. It’s because of the very light Editor’s Background Color.

Reported to Steinberg. Thank you.
Great! Thank you.
Another issue with lighter theme weirdness in C15 pattern editor. It would be wonderful if Steinberg were to give a bit more attention to light theme variants, there have been some nice improvements with dark icons etc of late and I very much hope the trend continues in coming updates. I find dark on light background much less fatiguing and for some users it may present an accessibility consideration. Cheers
I also noticed this. It’s a problem.
Hi,
This is a known and already reported issue. Thank you.
