CC121 Fader is not moving

Hi!

I have the CC121 setup and working with cubase. The whole thing runs good except the fader does not move. I have it plugged in but nothing, Is there a setting Im forgetting?

Cubase 9
Cubase 8.5
CC121 TOOLS 176
Unit is updated with latest firmware

With “plugged” in, you mean the power adapter ?
I think this is needed for the fader to move.

Yes it is pluged into the wall - power adapter and usb

ALL FIXED. Plug was bad. Replaced and worked fine.

Hey, quick question: where did you buy / which power supply did you buy? After almost a year, I’ve encountered the same issue.
