…basically the keys are doing nothing at all…although buttons light up and the fader moves following all automation in the project…i tried reinstalling drivers but no luck…only thing is i was away and we had a power outage do you guys think this could damage the unit permanently?
I just tried it on another device…fresh install same behavior… seems like a hardware issue…any ideas at all?
Might be a power supply issue, says in the manual that the motorized slider and iirc touch stuff won’t work properly without the power supply, but that power for the other functions comes from the USB bus.
