Centered fingering interchanges

Dorico seems to center the two numbers showing a finger interchange over the note heads. I see this style also on page 309 in Gould. However, I prefer the style that centers the first number over the note head and the remaining number(s) to the right of the note head. The difference between the two styles is most noticeable when a single finger number for another voice accompanies the interchange:
Interchange A
Interchange B

I see many options to control the appearance and position of the fingering interchanges but none to achieve the style seen in the second example above. Is there a way to do this other than adjusting the offset for each one or for a group of them ?

At the moment, it’s not possible to achieve the second of your two pictures for an immediate substitution by default, but I have made a note of this requirement, and we’ll implement this in a future update.

Thank you very much, Daniel.
