I’m new here so hi to all.
I have just upgraded from 6.5 to 11 (Its been a while). It’s nice to be back after having to use other software.
I’m having a little problem with some of my plug ins (native and 3rd party).
Some plug ins i load on the insert channel (Brickwall Limiter and Waves L2 for example), are loading, the gui for the plug in shows up but no signal is going in.
When checking the inserts, rather than being blue for on or grey for bypassed, it’s black. Clicking on it does nothing, the drop down menu on the right doesn’t work at all (so no way to change or delete the plug in) and instead of a bypass icon on the left there is what looks like a dial set to 12 o’clock instead.
The only way to get rid of the plug in is to click on it and hit the delete key.
I’ve done google and youtube and not found an answer. There were no similar questions on the right when writing this message either.
They all work fine in Wavelab by the way.
What could this be?

PS Im on a Macbook Pro 2019 Big Sur 11.6.2, 2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9,32 GB 2400 MHz DDR4 with an UA Apollo Solo Interface.
