Change global max velocity is key editor?

Hi,

I’ve recorded a piano track using a vst and I like the piano tone a lot apart from the very highest velocities. Is there a quick easy way to edit the maximum velocity in the key editor?

You can select all Notes and:

  • Decrease the Volume of all MIDI Notes by the same value in the Info Line. Or…
  • Use the top/center controller in the controller lane to decrease the dynamic range. Or…
  • Use Logical Editor to set find value or lower velocity of a MIDI Note, is the Velocity of higher then some value.
