Change guitar riffs into piano notes

Hi, would like to know how to quickly change guitar riffs into piano notes. That is, something like dragging a guitar riff (in the form of an mp3 file) straight from a PC folder into Cubase 9.5 (Piano Window), and then this guitar riff is then instantly transformed into piano notes. I’ve seen this done on another DAW, but can this also be done on Cubase 9.5?

If you have Cubase Pro you can turn monophonic audio into MIDI, yes. How well it turns out depends mainly on how “clean” the audio file is.
