It’s amusing, but sure also very understandable, how this “Gallery View” stubbornly appears again and again when people are actually wanting to talk about “Galley View”. 
No, you cannot move items graphically in galley view.

It’s useful for create video-scores, it will be great an option to do that, or improve that View, but thanks for the answer.
