I am using MacOS, and default key is Cmd.
But is there any way to change this to another?
Go to the Preferences dialog.
See if this one works:
Editing → Tool Modifiers → Size Objects → Disable Snapping

It works only when you size objects.
It does not work for moving events or parts.
Sorry, Too bad. I don’t know of any other setting that could change that key assignment.
