Hello, I have been notified that the email address I use to log in, and to start Dorico - is going to be phased out. Can youtell me how I can change this email to another one - possibly an easy question, but I am not sure how it can be done.

What does it mean your mail is phased out?
You can change the email address of your mySteinberg profile yourself in your security settings

My phrase about being phased out is just that : the university email I have been using is to go, as the university is setting up new details for their current students - as they should. As to when this is going to happen this is not specified, so I am transferring my email address. Where are the settings you quote ? (Thanks for your help, by the way) .

Thank you - sorry for being a bit short.
Yeah, I’m having an issue changing mine. When I enter my new email it keeps saying it’s an invalid email address. It’s a @iCloud.com email address. Steinberg accounts do support it, just don’t know why it’ keeps saying it’s invalid.
Does the address contain any special characters? Some systems have different ideas about what characters are allowed in an email address.
No. It’s my first name dot my last name with 3 number @iCloud.com. So, it looks like this x.y206@icloud.com X is my first and y is my last name
Hmm, I’m able to add an email address that looks like that with no error. I’m not sure what the issue is for you.
@chad7704, I suggest you contact our support team at info at steinberg dot de and they should be able to help. Please be sure to include your current Steinberg ID email address and your desired new one.
