Change to eighth notes, triplets, etc. (Cubase Artist 9.5)

Hi, I use Cubase Artist 9.5, and I can usually change if I want to write eighths, triplets or sixteenth notes, but now it is not possible to change.

Is it possible to change the setting so that it works?

The Quantize icon is missing between the icons in the lower area, activate it

I try “Use Quantize”. I can now change Quantize at the left.

I’m used to changing this in the middle where I first highlighted. ^^
