Change top staff-size, but keep tempo text at original size

Currently in my project, the top staff is a cue staff (think soloist part in the piano accompaniment). So, I added the soloists to the layout, and changed the staff size to 60%. Unfortunately, this also resized the tempo indications to 60%. I’d like to keep those 100% (original size) while have the top staff at 60%. How can I achieve that?

Change the Font Style so that it is absolute, and not scaled to the Staff.

I am able to change the size of things like rit. and accel. But the tempo marking itself (e.g., q=120) I can’t find. Where do I set that up?

Metronome marks have their own font styles for both text and ‘music’ (e.g. notes).
