Is there any way to change/transpose the note/tune/pitch of a entire project in one move, including audios and midi instruments? Lets say from C to E#?

You can also use the transpose track to do this.

Thanks, but I was looking to be able to do it on the whole project, instead of part by part.

The transpose track can do just that.

Something I find very useful, and will probably work for both approaches, is that is possible to stop individual events transposing using the global transpose setting in the info line. So you can stop transposition of midi drums and percussion, which is essential.
