Change upgrade purchase from Artist to Professional

Hi,

sent an email a few days ago and got no reply so far… Last Friday I purchased an upgrade from Cubase Artist 9.5 to Artist 11. I wanted to replace this to an upgrade to 11 Professional (and pay the difference).

Is this possible? Would appreciate if someone at Steinberg could get back to me.

I suppose it should be possible if you haven’t activated yet. Did you send an email to the shop operator (I think it is Asknet now?).

You should contact the sales operator, not Steinberg. Asknet or Nexway… check your emails from your purchase.

I don’t know if they can change the puchase, but you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days (contact date), as long as you have not activated the license. Then you can make a new purchase.
