I read a procedure somewhere for this but I can’t find it now.
Nothing wrong with the dongle, it was working fine before I changed cards.

OK found that answer: I just had to search for the file because win10 doesn’t show program data in windows explorer unless you do something to get there I guess.
To solve the problem:
Please download and install the latest eLicenser Control Center
Please close all programs and delete the file “SeLicenser.sel” from the following path:
Windows XP
C:\Documents and Settings\All users\Application Data\Syncrosoft
Windows Vista 32bit, 64bit / Windows 7 32bit, 64bit
C:\ProgramData\Syncrosoft
