Changing 1 line percussion to 3-4-5 lines

Hi there…does anyone knows how to change the default 1 line of percussion instruments to 3-4 5 lines like in Sibelius. (please see attachment Lines)
I was following the instructions on page 71 of Dorico’s manual to Edit Percussion Kit but when I get to Edit Percussion Kit is not highlighted. (please see attachment EditPercKit)

First, right-click the player’s card in the Players panel and choose Combine Instruments into Kit; Edit Percussion Kit will then be enabled.
